The prosecution messed up by introducing info yesterday.

If they bring it up again I doubt the judge will still keep the info from the jury.

Well the idiot prosecution brought it up again, and the judge ruled they opened the door to allow defense to question witnesses about it.

Now the jury knows Rosenbaum was on medication for depression and bipolar disorder, and I'm sure they'll learn more before it's over.

The prosecution is making the case for the defense. There looks to be a very good chance of a directed verdict from the judge.
