That's awesome cement, congratulations, I'm proud of you! Now ice those knees, down some protein and plenty of fluids to push out the lactic acid, get a good massage and rest. Something to remember, make sure your body gets rest. It will take some time to build up what you tore down on the run, and even though you may "feel" 100%, listen to your body if it starts talking to you. Again, congrats, brotha!
