Seems like I should start looking for another job

Great plan
We already ket 10 air trailers sit this year

Hiw long before the company gets fined big time just like they did in 2015 for falsify air exception codes.
It's sinful and embarrassing what they are doing.
The company is hyper focused on reducing staffing before the next contract, they will put whatever they have to in the shredder to hit their targets

It doesn't matter how stupid anyone thinks it is, that's the thinking at the Board level and the only thing that would change their minds would be a major economic boom

I wouldn't hold my breath on that

It’s clear they don’t care what anyone thinks. They also don’t care if it will work or not they’re going to fit the square peg into the round hole regardless.

Maybe when they pay a big fine like they did in 2015 for falsifying record

Thanks for the corporate insight. I'm a post Amazon and pre covid hire, so I always feel like I'm safe(sitting at 65% in my building) But that would change with feeders bumping into package. Any insight on Minneapolis?

Yes and no

They care very deeply what their financial guys say, they are very data driven; no data, no decision

Casey though would say the most important things aren't measurable, but they would drive Casey out if he were here again

They’ll care very deeply soon enough when Wall Street starts demanding for better ‘and’ bigger
