Trump riding failed impeachment into 2020

Someone should parlay this with odds:
1) Mike Pence sworn in to finish 1st or 2nd term.
2) Pence runs for reelection if impeachment happens.
3) Pence serves 2 VP terms, runs for Potus 2024.
4) Teaser. Pence does his best Gerry Ford impression and narrowly loses to a grassroots peanut farmer from the South.

The amusing part about all of this is Lindsay Graham As a House member his impassioned plea to the Senate to kick Bill Clinton out of office versus his run and hide approach to what Trump did is getting getting plenty of air time. It's starting to look more like articles of impeachment will make it to the Senate . Rest assured the GOP will not sacrifice it's Senate majority just to save Donald Trump. Look for a deal to be struck.

Why waste all that impeachment paper? He will be in prison in no time.
Now that wouldn’t that be funny!

First president to be impeached, convicted, removed from office and on the same day charged with obstruction from the Mueller report.

That would be a bad day.

It would be hilarious. Oh yeah, and it would be the correct punishment for Conald’s crimes.

Democrats extremists are jizzing their panties.

Meanwhile 95% of the country is laughing at them, thinking to themselves... 'they're still trying that Russia collusion crap, give it up'.

What Trump did was nothing less than a New York " make you an offer you can't refuse" mob style shakedown followed by a undeniable cover up by his lieutenants involving public funds. If this type of conduct is acceptable to cluckers and repugs then future presidents of both parties will have the chance to enjoy the same opportunities to capitalize both politically and economically knowing that the example Trump set will absolve them of any similar wrongdoing because if Trump can do it and get away with so will everyone else in the oval office because they'll use the "what about Trump" excuse and get way with it due to the legal precedent he established.

Uh, Republicans are already using the "what about Hillary and Obama" excuse, so, seems you're a little late to the game with that scenario.
