Strike Vote

Sometimes there are legal reasons, so the vote response would stand up better to scrutiny in court. "How did you determine you had the rank and file authority to strike?". A: The members voted yes IN PERSON. Hard to develop evidence to throw that one out, vs an app, or a (forged? manufactured?) paper vote. Just my $.02.
This, I think it’s for legal reasons. I heard that all the in person strike votes, need to be completed by the middle of next week.

It’s funny. I remember making a post pointing out all the high level board members and managment who sold/took options to sell large sums of ups stock. I was mocked, and days later UPS sent legitimate shills from Atlanta who never post on here to reply to that post

Here we are, months later, everything I predicted is happening so far. All we need is for this….. imo… bogus strike vote to pass…. and my PUT OPTIONS will start printing money. I’m already in the green.
So I’m confused now teamsters and upper level management are in cahoots together? And UPS is sending shills from Atlanta to Brown café? Ok

Late start times were always an issue. It didn’t change in all the years I worked, I don’t expect it to change anytime soon.
Yep, to start earlier would require the lanes to be shortened and packages turned away.

Pretty sure the operation is service driven and hours dictated by customer demand, not social convention.

The only changes going forward will be the hours becoming even more erratic, including Saturdays and Sundays.

It’s known ups management frequents this board

Where did I say transfers and upper level managment were in cahoots?
Oh, it’s known they frequent here? How do you think they would have Some sway over many of us we have been here decades lol? come on man grow up. Yes the way you’re telling your story the Teamsters would have to be in on this. You didn’t predict anything this is normal operation for contract negotiations.

Strike votes are an automatic yes there’s really is no mystery here. The only difference is the way we’re conducting at this time.
