Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
It’s the slacker feeders fault that can’t get to the building on time. Less donut stops and more driving! Not until preload starts at 1205

I believe 9.5 is the mark? But they should be able to dispatch drivers where reasonable amount of work say like 9 hours?
9.5 was acceptable when we started at 830/815 years ago…. And when supervisors didn’t get off to pushing it as close as possible daily.I believe 9.5 is the mark?
Hence my reference to 47.5 hours a week, which is a good living and doable.
How did you follow the no one with an ups employee ID number can help rule?We did our vote on site. Started last night with local sort and this morning with preload and RPCD/22.4. We will complete local sort Monday night and all others Tuesday morning. Slow process, but everyone was patient with us.
Yeah 9.5 doesn’t get anyone home in time to do much more than tuck the kids in bed.9.5 was acceptable when we started at 830/815 years ago…. And when supervisors didn’t get off to pushing it as close as possible daily.
It’s no longer acceptable. Clocking out wt 7:30-8:00pm more days a week than not… and it being ok is not acceptable.
It’s seems incredibly easy to this authorization to get thrown out after the fact due to the aryHow did you follow the no one with an ups employee ID number can help rule?
Very vague could you give some more information on what you think is going on? I don’t think it’s wishy-washy. I just think it could’ve been planned and info given to the locals a little sooner. What’s wishy-washy about it?there is something fishy about this strike authorization vote. I have my own opinions about why it is so wishy washy
Like @MECH-II said . If the drivers could get an earlier start they wouldn't mind so muchI believe 9.5 is the mark?

If the strike authorization was not done properly….and as it should have been per the rules….. does it actually exist?Very vague could you give some more information on what you think is going on? Perhaps tits
Nothing better than union leaders telling their members. Well we don’t really care what you want.
Always blame the members. Everything is their fault.Nothing better than low level management intimidating "punk" drivers that are afraid of their own shadow....
Yeah, I’ve asked that question too and I don’t know. I guess we’ll find out.If the strike authorization was not done properly….and as it should have been per the rules….. does it actually exist?
