Buy some more property then buy the toys once the land is paid for. You will never regret expanding your backyard.Time to buy a new quad and snow plow , and maybe another chainsaw

Toys for camp ?Too early to tell. We just got a few points shared with us not many other details.
Most should take the raise and invest unfortunately most will blow it and complain about it.

I used to advise the drivers in progression that if they were comfortable at their current wage to take the windfall bump to top rate and dump it in to their 401k. Very few actually listened and even fewer put my advice in to action,Too early to tell. We just got a few points shared with us not many other details.

That would have been one of the bullet points so I doubt it.Is progression going to 2-3 years?
That’s a big fat no for me too. Nothing for working through covid? 2.75 in 2023 does that mean right away or just by the end of the year? Either way that doesn’t cover inflation.NO for me unless we're getting that additional vacation week for 35 YOS.
Happened way too fast after both sides walking awayCarol seems a little too happy about this deal....
I’m in the late stage progression camp too, very curious on that matter. My luck is usually as good as stubbing my toe on a hot concrete sidewalk, so I’m guessing it was the concessional part of the dealIs progression going to 2-3 years?
Is there a parcel you can buy to log or divide and sell later? You can use your job to leverage a side land hustle. After you cash out in a few years you can pay cash for the toys.I have 5 acres of solid national forest I have more than enough to take care of
You didn’t Make it “ Simple”
210 because 10 extra packages are from FedEx.200 stops for everyone august 2nd
YAWN!...which means there was a lot of work being done behind the scenes...

I’m a believer in saving first and investing in property I can cash out on. Mineral rights, logging or parcel divide sale. I know I’m not alone in this strategy.I used to advise the drivers in progression that if they were comfortable at their current wage to take the windfall bump to top rate and dump it in to their 401k. I made it simple.
The starting PT rate went from $15.50 to $21.00. That is a 35% raise.
That's what I've been trying to figure out, don't forget the 1.50 toIf it’s 2.75 8/1/23 and an additional 7.50 over the rest, that’s a yes
If it’s 2.75 in the first year but 4.75 over the remainder, that’s a hell no.
Everybody else got a ratification bonus on top of their raises. Where’s ours? Hell ABF got more of an inflation bump then we did.Maybe. But I think we did very good. I'm not willing to risk it just to get a little more. We already have too many people laid off.
