Termination

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
The mouth was so bad a customer took the time to report it.

Stupid as stupid can be if one cannot filter the potty mouth around others. Nervermind unprofessional conduct, such language might be considered sexual harrarsment. How would that play out in front of a panel?
Please…

No self control?
Don't be a turd. Now if you said something like "these friend--king idiots ordering all this friend--king crap" loud enough that they could hear you, you might have a problem.
Everyone has smacked there head or pinched a finger and "lost control".

Cussing in general is different than saying it directly at someone. eff you is a lot worse than a general eff it.
You can swear at a cop, and nothing will happen. Swearing at a customer is another thing. I’m sure it violates some company policy. I never swore at anyone unless I was sworn at first, then it was game on.

Odds are the customer will lie about what happened so it is still best to just keep your mouth shut and walk away.

Truth is, we only know one side of story. What was said? Folk in hot water tend to leave out important details. We do know it was so bad that someone complained.

Bottom line is the driver did it to himself. Totally unnecessary.

Had a young driver get a termination and he was very emotional about it. After he got his job back his steward basically said "now don't you ever effing do that again". LOL

The manager had no leg to stand on for a termination to begin with. At Best it was a warning letter if indeed it was the only infraction the employee ever had termination would’ve never stood up at a panel.. unless of course there’s more to the story. Which is usually the case.
I wasn’t there. Can only go by employees report.

Show remorse and they will get their job back. It’s a game to be played. Do you think the employee cursing like that should be a normalized behavior?

On a side note, are you a fan of the dirty talk @Mrs.BrownCoat ? This employee your Hubby or Son?
No, I do not believe excessive swearing should be normalized. I also don’t believe that termination without warning should be normalized.
