Could be. Also, this employee doesn’t always understand the intricacies of things-fails to catch all of the details so may not be lying but not completely understanding. It is what it is. Thanks for your input.
Outside of what we call Cardinal sins, we have a progressive discipline system. What you describe and what was described to you is not a cardinal Sin. Unless of course, there was violence involved that you were not told about.

too slow. officially i told them i want to be paid for showing up to work when there is nothing, and they said okay well pay you but your fired, and then i swore at the guy. and he said you cant say that. and i just kept going. they didnt train me on delivering packages and the capitalist bureaucracy wasted all this time training me on dumb stuff.
I know a guy named "rickyb" who got fired for showing a lady on the route a picture of his junk.
