You should consider switching from machines to free weights.![]()
I do "some" free weights. To tell the truth I try to avoid the "moaning and groaning" crowd------them guys are weird.

Well, yes.Little squares?
I could down 20 of those no problem.Well, yes.
Lol planet fitness is a joke. I don't think guys are even allowed to wear tank tops there. Maybe women too.I got a buddy that joinedbecause it's right by where he works. They said he couldn't bring me or someone to show him some things even if we didn't touch the equipment since we're not members but I looked at the plan one of their polo boys gave him and it sucks. No way is it going to help what he's targeting. Kinda pisses me off.Planet Fitness
Write him up a plan and tell him to go to bodybuild.com and search any exercise he doesn't know how to do.I got a buddy that joinedbecause it's right by where he works. Kinda feel like a stalker. Pretty good idea which ones will be there at any given time.
I wrote him up what I did and told him to play around with it until he found what worked for him. I also told him not to consult their polo boys on anything I wrote. I didn't think to refer him to Bodybuilding but I'll have to do that next time.Write him up a plan and tell him to go to bodybuild.com and search any exercise he doesn't know how to do.
Most of those machines are rough on joints and can cause injuries because they lock you into a plane. He did say machines and weights...
Cybex makes good equipment btw.
Where's the power rack?
It's just my home setup for when I don't have time to go to the gym.....Where's the power rack?
I love the ones that their ass is hanging out of their shorts then they complain that guys are gawking at them.Stalker is such an ugly word. I think of myself as more of an ego booster. You have to pick a treadmill that's right behind where they are doing their thing. The way I figure it is if they didn't want the "attention" they would have worn sweatpants and a baggy top to work out in. I'm just doing my part to help them keep their self-confidence up.
But a power rack and a few more weights and you'd never need to go to the gym. It's just my home setup for when I don't have time to go to the gym.....
1-2 lbs a week is a safe goal for most men 2 is pretty easy. You can have that off in no time.I want to get rid of the management 15
A gym membership makes me motivated to go .....if I don't go at least 4 times a week I feel guilty for wasting $$.But a power rack and a few more weights and you'd never need to go to the gym.
Plus there are guys there to spot me for heavy lifts....A gym membership makes me motivated to go .....if I don't go at least 4 times a week I feel guilty for wasting $$.
Cutting back?I ate almost ten pieces of pizza last night.
Want me to spot your squats?Plus there are guys there to spot me for heavy lifts....
