They have the ability to change the 22.4 ratio in the proposed contract. You think they won't change that too?
Good point, and that does bother me. Sometimes you gotta have trust though. We all remember the bad beats but seldome do we remember all the good ones.

The 2013-2018 contract passed by a 53%-47% margin and there was nowhere near the anger that there is with the abomination known as the 2018-2023 contract. So to Dennis and the other negotiators, no more talking points, no more how great the contract is, put on your big boy pants and tell this company that is making record profits and will continue to make record profits that our members voted no, and hopefully "HELL NO" because 22.4 is a two-tier job classification (RPCD), that P/t's have been getting screwed for decades, and they deserve catch-up raises etc. etc.

I don’t know where your from but here Hub EMPLOYEES dont get discipline when a manager tries to use technology for discipline.

Who said anything about CURRENT hub employees being disciplined because of technology?

There is ZERO chance in hell that you made it beyond the 10th grade.

I applaud you for doing so much with so little.

So you're not talking about inside employees and you are talking about Drivers.

Then I would have to say that the language has gotten better.

Before drivers were being discharged for dishonesty because of technology. That has been address in the language now.

I still believe the technology language sucks but if you are only talking about Drivers then it has improved.

What da :censored2: you cali guys smoking?

I'm more then willing to discuss this with you. I'm not disagreeing that the discipline by technology language is bad. They shouldn't be allowed to discipline us at all solely on technology but the language has never said that. It's only said discharge.

CURRENTLY, all "employees" are covered under article 6. After the contract passes, if article 6 wording remains as it is currently written, any position not classified as "driver" will no longer receive article 6 protection.

I apologize I took a comment that you said early to mean you were only talking about drivers. Please carry on.
