You know everyone has a right to disagree on language but it’s not a bad contract. There are significant economic packages attached.The same union that put this contract in front of us? I'm not comfortable with that.

I'm more then willing to discuss this with you. I'm not disagreeing that the discipline by technology language is bad. They shouldn't be allowed to discipline us at all solely on technology but the language has never said that. It's only said discharge.
CURRENTLY, all "employees" are covered under article 6. After the contract passes, if article 6 wording remains as it is currently written, any position not classified as "driver" will no longer receive article 6 protection.
no more talking points, no more how great the contract is, put on your big boy pants and tell this company that is making record profits and will continue to make record profits that our members voted no, and hopefully "HELL NO"
