Perhaps you missed the part where I stated I'm in 177.

Our supplement has a memorandum of understanding regarding 22.4 drivers that gives them their own seniority list and in no way shall violate and interfere with RPCD seniority.

Go ahead, cast your vote. This contract is going down anyways. RPCD are smarter than 22.4, they will fight for what is right. They should be No division between package drivers. Its about being Fairness. They language in this contract is bogus. Why do you think all the calls, messages, text of Dennis Taylor, UPS Union Representavive. He is afraid We Teamsters Members of the No Vote Movement, its going to take this contract down. Never happen before in previous contracts. They know that false handskake is not for our Teamsters Brotherhood benefit, is for UPS own Agenda. Nothing is guarantee. Only "if work is available" :goodpost::bpotd:

You're sickening.

You're wasting your time here.

Since you have extra time on your hands maybe you can get your GED so that you can spell simple words and know what punctuation is.
Might want to check out you fragmented sentences yourself. I walked a picked line in 97 to stand for what I thought was right. Doing the same today. Have a great day my fellow teamster.

Starting wage is a waste of time.
Blows my mind you have to wait til 60 to get an inferior pension. But I understand that you guys are slow and misinformed.
You don’t. 60 for the extra bump. Normally it’s 57. I can wait 3 more years for $1000 extra a month. I guess you’d leave early with all your... intelligence.

No, I’d wait til 60 if I was in an inferior plan like that. But today ours will pay 90k @ age 50 with 30 years. Not sure I would want to wait until 57 or 60.

This all seems of wierd to me. Going to the locals meeting on the weekend I hear, hell yes I’m voting no, I ask why, To shove it up our Dm and Cms ass... Guess they read something on Facebook.. I am getting older, I realize you’re either smart or tough. I can take the beating, I’m high school educated and make good money with better benefits. I’ve got it good, yes the work busts arse but tell that to the roofer making half our salaries with no insurance... When does this stop? Ups has made a gazillon dollars. We all know. When does it end ? 100 a hr , anyone one payrolls guaranteed 40 with zero progression involved? To me one must earn this level of comfort, I did
Ok i get the part about earning your way, paying your dues so to speak. As far as the pay if you've been around for 30+ consider inflation. Ive got a friend who started as a consultant for Accenture. His first assignment was in California, in the silicon valley. He and wife then 2 kids, now 4, rented a house. I asked him if he was going to buy it at a then whopping 250,000. He's 1.5 hrs from the valley 20 min from his driveway to waterskiing on the Sacramento river. I think its like 1.5 or 2 hours to either Sacramento and or san Francisco. Great place he had a chance to rent to own. Passed it up, that was 20 years ago. That house now is over 1 million so inflation just to keep a roof over your head. Ya i think our children will have to make 100 an hour plus to have a decent life.the way ive explained our benefits package when asked is this... One of the many reasons we have union's its both the unions and UPSs unspoken way of acknowledging how disruptive this job is to our family's and destroying to our bodies. So, personally i think were not getting enough for what we give up. Just my thoughts. By the way my friend is still in that same house.
