all my drivers have been in and gone by 9 most by 8. nothing brought back except a decent amount of misloads. preload had been slacking a bit. and very little bulk left behind. since ive become a clerk and start at 3, thats the first thing i see when i come in. usually skids of bulk that didnt fit stacked against the wall. none of that this year.

Ran 14 cold loads this morning, sat on 2 pups. Ran 3 cold loads more than last Monday, so today tomorrow and Wednesday could get ugly. One center was 1500 stops heavier than last year...stay safe

From what I Am hearing from my old hub it's a hit and miss , some are out late every night and others are around 9hrs a day

I've been between 9-10 most days this peak. Just about perfect if you ask me.

Peak is always easy. I don't stress. I have my Helper do most of the work and I just point where to go.

I'm having a great time. Today is my busiest day with 400 or so pieces but there is no commit times at all so I can sleepwalk and be done by 630.

It's been fine when you don't stress about it. Seen too many young drivers getting worked up.

It's actually been decent. Just business stops and pick ups. All my resi stops gone this week. If I didn't have late late pick ups and an earlier start time from early delivery of two bulk accounts, I'd probably be in early.

Doing EAMs has helped to be out of hours early Friday and home.

Pretty good for peak season. So far. Barely any OT. My stop count sky rocketed today but its all tiny QVC boxes so shouldnt be out too late. Its kind of bizzare looking, bricked shelfs but empty floors.

What little resi I have has been taken off and all I have is my retail and commercial deliveries. Averaging about 75 to 90 stops. Then 48 pick ups. I'm heading in the building by 5:00pm.
