I see it as a new starting wage. The long term PT workers will just be upset that new hires make closer to what they do now.

The 2023 contract comes with a sucker attached to sweeten the deal. Because the big wig Teamsters are being suckered with their own incentives to screw over everyone else. I guarantee there are kickbacks somewhere.

Teamsters' last contract proposal included language addressing driverless technology. My prediction is the teamsters will bitch out and kick the can down the road again on that issue.

I agree that should end this contract. The company had ample time to fill those positions and create those runs after removing loads from the rails.

I’m not gonna bother voting. The master was forced down our throats and the local supplements were forced down our throats even though the vote was no. No point.
