I totally agree. How has waiting for UPS to do the right thing worked?

You pay the Teamsters to represent you. Make them earn their pay.

I believe more likely to force the issue through widespread OSHA involvement.

When it gets hot enough and I start feeling rough I will simply cool off a little in the a/c at customer locations. Will also carry ice water and a wash cloth. It does slow my day down, but that's the way it goes if you wish for me not to have a/c in the package car.
