We can't have nice things. Because we have to many up top that don't know the job. That is our greatest down fall. If I ever become CEO all off the street higher ups are gone, and would collectively start highering from within. To create the proud of were I came from environment. Not the this is how it works because my paper says it does. I'd also do away with every person that manipulated their numbers.
Amount of packages at each bulk stop has decreased. If you didn't know what I was talking about about. You never have done the job.

The number at operational level sent to region do lie. Unloaders on the preload go home at 3.5 feeders guys continue the offload. Preload manger stays within or under the allowed hours for the operation. Preload manger passes on the operational cost to feeder manger. Feeder guys are ghost employees get production numbers up and payroll for those numbers are attached to another department

so first off, i can't imagine any feeder manager in the world that wouldn't immediately freak out beyond all belief at this happening; if you so much as ask feeders to park 10ft to the right of where the MOP states you'll have a FDR ops manager up your ass telling you not to waste their hours

second, even if you were lucky enough to fly below the FDR managers radar, the FDR guys probably code their work to the preload SLIC and the hours roll into his production anyways

third, even if none of that happened (i've never seen a FDR driver do any extra work unless it involved walking to where the food is), all the hours still hit the district/zone and will come back as an increase in the PPH plan anyways lol

I routinely beat Orion, many drivers can. If you believe the shortest and fastest way through a route is by Orion trace you are sorely mistaken.

It’s a joke to even argue about it. Sometimes when a single stop populates in the DIAD as multiple stops (different consignee names, etc) Orion would have us do the first stop, go to another nearby stop, then come back to do the second one. With Dynamic Orion on it will constantly add garbage like that to the manifest all day. There may be some parameters that will make it even worse when they are mid-adjusted, but it is total trash that could not beat any driver who has three days on a route.
