Gun control advocates in Ferguson MO

Missouri State Senator Jamilah Nasheed had a gun in her possession at the time she was arrested Monday night outside the Ferguson Police Department, according to Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson.
Nasheed declined comment about the having the weapon, but did tell News 4 she has a concealed carry permit. A Ferguson police officer said Nasheed was carrying a fully-loaded 9 mm handgun and additional rounds.

Sources also told News 4 Ferguson police requested St. Ann to administer a breathalyzer test at the time of her arrest because she "smelled strongly of intoxicants," but Nasheed refused to do so. Nasheed said Tuesday she was not intoxicated at the time.

She has sponsored anti gun legislation but of course that doesn't apply to herself.

A number of African American eyewitnesses to the police shooting death of Michael Brown have given testimony in front of a grand jury that supports Darren Wilson, the officer who shot the teen on Aug. 9 in Ferguson, Missouri.

But according to The Washington Post’s sources, the witnesses have not come forward publicly out of fear.

“Seven or eight African American eyewitnesses have provided testimony consistent with Wilson’s account, but none of them have spoken publicly out of fear for their safety,” the Post reported on Wednesday.

From the Washington Post link:
"toxicology test results for Brown that show he had levels of Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active ingredient in marijuana. The Post’s sources said the levels in Brown’s body may have been high enough to trigger hallucinations."

LMAO, get real.

That was from the ME report. Focus on that little detail if you want and ignore that there were several more witnesses that testified at the grand jury and supported Wilson's account of events. Those witnesses just didn't run to be on camera (understandably so with the way the Brown supporters have behaved).

Not ignoring it, just pointing out the only interesting thing I found in that entire article, it spent a lot of time repeating things we already know.

To your point, the unnamed source says a few witnesses "largely supported" Wilson's account. The issue has always been about whether Brown was running away and then surrendering. We still don't know what part of Wilson's story some witness accounts are corroborating, nor do we know how many witnesses there are.

You assault a cop, then run from him, and then turn around to surrender? These people are stupider than I thought....and I already thought they were dumber than hell

Another phoney story from the DAILY CALLER. That information is sealed. NO REPORTER would have that information, and the prosecution is under OATH to keep testimony secret.

"Sources say" is not a legitimate source.

The DAILY CALLER has already been debunked several times.

TOS.
