A satellite route is one that normally starts and ends at a location other than the main building. The PC is kept at a rented location, the driver reports to work there and the work is brought there in a TP-60. The driver then loads his own PC, runs the area, and loads any pickups and send-agains/lookups, along with his/her DIAD, in to the TP-60 to be brought back to the center for processing.
