Trump approaches problems like a CEO.
That was why Obama was unable to accomplish much ... he had to be involved and making decisions in areas where he had no expertise. That is why I am hopeful with Trump regardless of his character flaws.
I worked around both types of leaders in Corporate UPS and from experience, I appreciate people who delegate to get the right decision made rather than sitting back and letting the decision make itself or make an uninformed decision.
