Like I said, it is not necessary. The vast majority of handguns don’t have it. It’s a feel good measure.
I came to the conclusion that the grip safety is fantastic. If anything, it renders other safeties unnecessary.

The .25 acp is ok. I have a couple of berettas. Nice hideout gun. The .32 is actually decent for its size, I do have an old colt mod. 1903 that shoots it. The others, especially the .45 gap, are really not necessary.
The 40 isn't going anywhere. 25 and 32 ACP will continue to survive in small numbers. 41 Magnum has always been a fringe player that was never very popular despite a small but loyal following so it may well mostly fade away. 45 GAP and 32 H&R Magnum are as good as dead already.
What’s that tell you?I don’t know what it is, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a .380 that’s been appealing to look at.
The one round that I thought would be really popular is the shorty shotgun rounds but haven’t been able to find them for sale anywhere.
