Amazon's AWS brand would have suffered had they not stopped providing service to Parler and they would have been sued by their own shareholders over it.
And AMAZON lost $33 Billion in Market Capitalization today after Parler filed their Anti-Sherman Lawsuit.

And Europe is now joining in on dissolution of these huge Corporations.

There are many Corporations that are joining in because they are being threatened by Google, Apple, Twitter and the other Oppressing Huge Corporations.

Better than expected earnings but down during the day.

We'll see as the analysts get a better understanding of the impact to their businesses once the lawsuits and Antitrust charges start to unfold.

I don't own either stock as I invest in Dividend stocks but it's something investors will be looking at.

I dont see this as much different than other discrimination lawsuits for refusing service

Who gets to decide what is truth and what isn’t? If Facebook and Twitter wanted to, they could decide that going forward, any number of truths are now lies. They have the power to ban anyone who stands against them.

I’m not saying there’s a good reason for them to do this, but it seems wrong that they should have this much power.

Also, when instead of explaining why something isn’t true, you block it or ban it, it makes you look like you don’t want people to know the truth.

I grew up in the Mormon church. They told me Joseph Smith was a prophet, and God showed him where the Book of Mormon was buried. They told me not to look at any “Anti Mormon literature”. What were they so afraid of? If the anti Mormon literature is BS, then why can’t I examine it for myself?

This reaction to big tech is another example that republicans don’t believe what they say they believe. There is no way the republicans of 2020 are simultaneously yelling about fearing socialism, but are yelling about big tech having too much power and wanting the government to take over those companies. Make it make sense. What do they mean by socialism?

Why are republican voters 99.999% of whom will never get banned by any social media platform so upset and pretending that social media companies control everything and are this huge threat to them? They will fight for rich and powerful Republican celebrities to stay on social media platforms and flout the TOS rules of those companies so they can make money or send out fund raisers to their fans and will get zero direct benefit. Meanwhile, the same Republican celebrities didn’t want them to get $2000 checks, didn’t want to extend the extra $600 unemployment benefit, wanted to protect corporations from liability.

You're the one that said Big Tech couldn't harm Parler. Now they're gone.

I think Republican voters are angry about social media companies because it’s apart of this grand conspiracy that the left controls every aspect of society and they are apart of this oppressed segment of the populace and these Republican celebrities on social media are standing up for them against the all powerful left. That’s gotta be the purpose this anger at social media companies serves, because facebook and Twitter is not going to ban you with your 35 followers of family and friends. So why do you care so much if some dumb rich mfer gets banned because they can’t follow tos of these companies what do you get out of it?

I didn’t say that. I said that Apple and google banning them from the App Store couldn’t hurt them, but obviously if they are so toxic that Amazon won’t host their website on their servers.... well they are screwed. But Parler is supposed to fix that issue with these companies, not have regular people, who won’t benefit from parler, fighting for them. You as an individual gain nothing if parler does or doesn’t exist, but you and your family or friends do gain if the vaccine gets out fast, we do gain if we get $2000 checks, we do gain if the unemployment benefits get extended, etc. you know reality based stuff impacting actual Americans. Not irrelevant shyt based on social media companies whose survival or death is irrelevant.

I agree that you shouldn’t have the ability to silence their voices..even if they are so nuts that most of those voices are in their heads!

It is a difficult situation for these companies because they can see how crazy some of these voices are and how many people believe them. When do you take the megaphone from the liar’s hand? I guess they have decided that you take it away when it causes people to kill others.

Can we stop pretending. trump is not silenced. republicans are not silenced. republicans are in every major newspaper, on every news channel, they get profiles written about them in every political magazine, newpsper, news shows, they are on countless radio stations, etc. Twitter or Facebook isn’t free speech, if they disappear tomorrow does free speech in America disappear too? No because Twitter and Facebook aren’t free speech.
