The Palestinians are Arabs. Arabs moved into the area from the Arabian Peninsula. The Arabs routinely went into sub Saharan Africa to capture and enslave people. With mixing with their slaves over hundreds of years they now have that skin tone you mentioned. And none of this has anything to do with Jesus being an insurrectionist. Read your Bible, read history, learn a few things.

What is your point? Yes Jesus was probably darker toned and he had short hair.
