One of my favorite lessons in the bible is when Jesus steps up when the woman was to be stoned. By custom she was to be stoned, but Jesus stepped up to defend her. She was a sinner and still He loved her.

The next thing He did in the story is overlooked by many now, which I feel divides our beliefs unnecessarily. He went to her and said "go and sin no more".

Many people wanted to condemn her, but Jesus stepped up to let us know we are all sinners, but He also told her to stop her sin.
What do you find the point of that story to be and how it relates to sin?

Religionist I’ve been doing this for seems like forever.

Are you going to determine what is saying and what is not sin in someone’s life by using Bible for your judgment?

have you been baptized in the Holy Spirit?
I absolutely have been saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit as I do believe you have. But yes, I do go to the gospels to try to learn what it considered to be sin as well as pray about it.

I do the same.

I find the gospels according to Matthew Mark, Luke and John to be the most useful portions of the Bible in my spiritual journey.

Better not read anything from @Integrity.
From the conversations I've had with him I believe he has been straight with me and treated me ok. He does however get very vague with his answers at times. With all the divisiveness Christians have bickering amongst themselves, I welcome to try to at least understand where they come from even if I have obvious disagreement.

He’s biblical corrupt. He’s easy to see where he comes from.
Anything goes. Believe what you want. It’s fine with God.
