What is teamcare? Our healthcare? Ups or the teamsters will not be able to afford paying for weekly tests of every employee for the next 2-5 years or however long this will last, you the employee will pay for it unless your vaccinated. The goal is the vaccination whether it works or not. This pandemic will not end until enough people get vaccinated so they can say the vaccine cured us.

Days off without pay are awesome. I max my paid days, and then take as many unpaid days as I can get without going through discipline.
