1. Turns out it was a foreign exchange student who had bought them for family members.

You would be a basket case living in my area. Guns are just common nature. Everybody has 2 or 3 or 6 dozen. It don't matter. Six boxes of ammo being delivered wouldn't get a second glance here. If I stepped outside right now I bet I could hear someone sighting in their deer rifle or some duck hunters blasting away down on the river or maybe the neighbor kids shooting cans down at the old gravel pit.

I delivered 10,000 rounds of 12 gauge shells to guy a few months back.. he said it would last him a year between him and his friend
