Come on guy, do a Google search for 'michael brown police record'.
Mike Brown may have had a juvenile record, and if he did, that's sealed. Someone filed a lawsuit to get those records unsealed, though I'm not really sure what the precedent is for privacy now that Brown is dead.
To be clear, I'm not saying Brown never had a juvenile record, he might have a juvenile rap-sheet as long as the Magna Carta.
What I'm saying is that what got posted above is fake (and a really bad photoshop job at that).

St. Louis City has no arrest records for Michael Brown. The fact that St. Louis County will not release his records tells a different story.
