HE can safely/fairly do his job, but since people were too stupid to look at FACTS, you can't leave him out there. It's unfortunate that Wilson didn't kill Brown's friend, then that whole "Hands Up, Don't shoot" horse would have never been started. This punk didn't have his hands up, if he had them up (and not on Wilson's gun), he wouldn't have been shot. Anyone who tried to argue that point is blind to the facts

According to his own attorney, its is unlikely that Wilson will EVER attempt to apply at another police department.

But, like i have said from the start, WILSON resigned, "mission accomplished".

Now he faces an even tougher world just as Timothy Wind, Stacy Koon, Lawrence Powell & Theodore Briseno and Rolondo Solano faced.

They still recieve death threats today and continually have to move from place to place, state to state.

They too, had the support of the "white" community, but that only lasted for so long. Like everything else, they became old news and people stopped sending money.

Wilson will face tough times when he is recognized from place to place. The quicker he can get out of the spotlight, the sooner he can live in peace.

But, people like you will seek to promote him for your own justification for shooting an unarmed black person, but that wont help him on the street someday when he is confronted.

Then, he will see what cause and effect really means.

He should also become an ammosexual and hide in the hills of oregon with his "fears". It would be justified.

The videotape of Brown committing strong-armed robbery changed everything.

It gave enough credence to Wilsons claims of Brown's violent behavior as to create reasonable doubt.

Reasonable doubt=acquittal. Thats the law.

The prosecution never had a winnable case. Had Brown and Wilson both been the same color, no one would have cared and Wilson would have been immediately cleared and returned to duty. The racial overtones of the case forced the prosecutor to send it to the Grand Jury for political reasons, even though he knew there was no hope of successfully prosecuting Wilson of a crime.

The purpose of a grand jury hearing is to show probable cause, proving reasonable doubt is the job of the defense in an actual trial. The grand jury could have easily met the very low standard for probable cause if it wasn't treated like a full blown secret trial. I agree reasonable doubt was there. However, if he didn't think he had a winnable case he should have made that decision, rather than passing the buck onto a sham of a grand jury hearing. The prosecutor chose to try and wash his hands of it all rather than man up and do his job.
