Vaccine mandate

No, I'm vaxxed and happy about it. I'm tired of hearing from all the anti-science, anti-medical people that think they know better than their Doctor. If you don't want to get vaccinated and get extremely sick, don't overwhelm our hospitals or health care professionals. Just die at home.
Exactly!
Just like obese people. If you're having a heart attack because you're fat, just lie on the floor and die because you did it to yourself.

And gays with aids. You chose to engage in risky behavior, it's your fault, just die already queer.

If he's been with the Company for 36 months and had 625 the previous year, he's eligible for 6 weeks worth of FMLA.

That is a contractual benefit, not part of FMLA. And if it limits leave to 6 weeks, he went over that. The contract does not specifically state that employees using leave under those conditions will have all the protections of FMLA. He might have been able to use sick or personal time strategically to maintain benefits.

If you were on FMLA, then your employer was obligated (by law) to make payments towards your H&W.

How do you not know that with your vast knowledge?
Well, with you having been so well read and all, ever heard, you can’t fight city hall? Besides I’m pretty sure your right they have to pay when your on leave, but when you come back to work if you don’t have enough hours in then you have to put in the time to the receive your benefits again. You act like I could have some authority in the situation and demand they pay for my health insurance even though it’s says something different in the contract, lol.

Then you weren't on FMLA after all?

You are correct, but I was dumbing it down for him.

For such a self professed expert on....well everything, I find it curious how he doesn't (or didn't) know all of this?

I think I got some posts mixed up. If he's full time, which it sounds like he might be, then he should have been on FMLA, and shouldn't have gotten his benefits cancelled.

@Non liberal, are you full or part time? Did you suffer any financial loss due to your benefits being cancelled?

He keeps saying "my union", like he isn't even a Teamster?

Full time for 11 years. No financial loss, bubblehead just doesn’t understand the situation and like a usual liberal starts spouting off his “educated”horse :censored2:!

Dumbing it down? 🤣 just because you can’t keep up is no reason to start making up lies. Just go read a book, maybe talk to some people on their past experiences and you too can become enlightened. When have I ever said I am an expert on anything? I’m simply regurgitating things I have read and am asking questions and observing and learning from the people around me. I don’t just simply trust someone because they hold a degree. You are too gullible sir, ma’am whichever you are.

Ok, you shouldn't have had your benefits dropped, but since there was no loss, there's no reason to beat the dead horse.

We are all Teamsters here, politics aside, let's focus on helping each other out when the situation arises.
