Capitalists make it possible for you to have a job and eat. You're a spoiled kid who thinks he knows better but you demonstrate time and again you don't know anything.
i just quote the bible and ministers and its never jives with capitalism

the bible wants us to look for the truth, not being willingly blind to it.

You don't know anything about the Bible nor do you care. You just see it as a possible way to attack capitalism. And it's only possible by twisting.Christ's teachings. Frankly you communists are :censored2:ed in the head.

its been twisted alright, and it probably typically twisted. you are right about that. i do know because i listen to james cone, william barber, chris hedges

pastor william barber said capitalism values are inequality, prioritizing profits, and neglect of the least of ye. it focuses on individual wealth and competition

christianity is communal well being, sharing, and upliftment of the oppressed

Not even close @rickyb Even your salvation is personal in Christianity. Nothing communal about it.

Jesus Christ was crucified to take away your sin, so that you could have everlasting life.
Thats a little too general. He was killed for our sins of poverty in the same way mlk was. Mlk spoke out against the empire and jesus fought the empire too.

@vantexan said he died bc it was a popularity contest. But he misses out that he was a popular guy like mlk who wanted a revolution in defense of the poor

That's not general at all. That's exactly why he was sent to earth. Anything you want after that is what you want to add. As usual you are using Jesus to push you political ideals. Reverend Barber is far more concerned about pushing his politics than bringing people to salvation
